Because we all need this much International football in our lives...

I'll watch England and then the games our lads are involved in (hoping they stay injury free *touch wood*). Might be worth having a separate thread for England matches.

World Cup Qualifiers (WCQ) and Friendlies coming up over the next week or so. All WCQ were cancelled in South America (so South American players get a rest) but the WCQ go ahead everywhere else except Africa who are doing qualifiers for the ACON. Euro U21's phase 1 also starts this week but not listing them as we've not English players involved, haven't bothered to check the other squads.

I've only listed the potential matches of interest and matches when there aren't a lot of games on at that time (there are other games on but not listed), all matches are WCQ unless stated otherwise. Sky will be showing all of the European World Cup Qualifiers except England who are on ITV:

Brazilians staying home?

All South American qualifiers cancelled.

The confederation wanted them to play with players playing in their own country already, so ours wouldn't have been involved anyway but some countries declined those terms, so they cancelled them.

So it's a nice break for them and one that might do us some good.

Unsurprisingly so. Pretty much the entire Argie, Uruguayan and Chilean 23 man panels play in Europe and nobody else is much better off. Brazil could probably field a decent team with home based players but it still wouldn't be recognisable.

What about the U21 Euros? Is that a separate discussion thread, just wondering if I don't see it.

Turkey beating the Netherlands 2-0, just doing them on the counter attack.
Not watching the match as I'm cooking but please tell me Netherlands aren't playing a high line with that midfield in front of those centre halves?

Keeping the ball in Turkey's half, not doing much with it and then getting countered, De Jong the deepest of the midfielders and defensively he looks poor.
