He won't be involved in the first team(he has trained with them all season and would have played in the cup game had he not been at the world cup,they don't seem to know that) and if we send him to the championship he won't develop,he is a young kid but they expect him to waltz into the first team already

They can’t seem to grasp that being mentored by Dave and learning from the best midfield players that have graced the Premier league might just be a decent education for a young talent like Phil. Oh, nearly forgot he is being looked after by the best coach in the world too. Absolute muppets.
