We both know Der Spiegel would “accidentally” and “irrevocably” delete that email as soon as it was received before being able to “carefully review the attachment” for its “legitimacy”.

I do think it's odd we accept the pay off but perhaps it's part of Citys long term plan...to use this at another time ..

I think that’s the point though, mate

we’ve complied with a self regulatory organisation, however, you can bet your bottom Dollar the moment we signed the NDA, it became a legal process, which would have major implications if broken...

In a court of law, in terms of UEFA, which is exactly where it will end up, we’ll wipe the floor with them, which is why I fully expect them to fuck off when we bring in the suits!

The court of law thing - can’t this also apply to Liverpool’s hacking as well though, insofar as us reporting it as a crime?

I think we are proving we don’t leak but then throw all of these bastards & their dubious ways in the fire. I reckon they are trying to smoke City out, it must be hard not to say our piece but they are keeping their powder dry.

We accepted the terms of the settlement, I wouldn’t of thought so!
