iphone/HTC desire

Anyone gone from an iphone to a HTC desire and regretted it or not? I'm thinking of changing as since i've installed the 4.0 update my iphone's gone like dogshit. I'm due an upgrade anyway.

got one, played wth both iphone and htc desire, much prefer this.

Battery life isn't great, but from what I read most smart phones are the same.

Haven't had an iPhone so can't compare...but friends who have had both prefer the Desire.

I like the fact you can upgrade the memory with SD cards...whereas with the iPhone its fixed.

I had a HTC Hero and loved it.
However Got a free Sony Xperia X10 and i must say its fantastic
Very under-rated and its Android

Missus got a galaxy s before, it looks good! I got an iPhone 4 and they are both pretty similar to be honest

Are you using the advanced task killer application? It's free, and has improved my battery life dramatically..

yeah its a god send...but they still dont last like a "normal" phone.

in work, i tend to just keep mine plugged in....and only turn on my 3G or Wireless when i need it...as opposed to staying online all the time
