iphone ticket issue

just checked my iphone ready for tomorrow and my season ticket has disappeared from the wallet again. When I try to re-add I get an error.

I found a supporter services twitter tweet about checking for 'expired tickets' but cant se this option?

anyone else had this or any ideas?

BTW I am hold to Supp Services but 60-odd in the queue and no confidemce they will answer before line fails
 
In your wallet slowly lift up passes and it will show expired passes at the bottom.
 
Have you got your wallet set on 'Automatic Updates'?
There is 3 dots in top right hand corner. Tap those and the menu should appear.
Even it says its on. Switch it off and turn it back on. Good luck.
 
thanks for response. I dont think i am being thick here but i dont have an expired passes option?

not sure if it was an IOS update or what but checked my wallet today and 2 passes have disappeared. All i have now is one bank card. If i try to scroll down, I get to the point where the bank card is now right at the top of the screen and covers the word 'wallet' but i still dont see any options at the bottom ? this is all i see ?

where is this option please? i see the three dots next to my bank card when i select it but all i have in the wallet is the + option to add new passes? I have checked, settings -> wallet but dont see an auto update option ?

Click the circle with 3 dots then it should take you to the screen below...

Make sure you select Automatic Updates if you haven't already.

Ahh, but you only get those updates once the card/pass is in the wallet, I am getting errors when i try to add it and

when i scroll Down in the wallet, i dont have an unhide expired passes option

Doesn't help your issue but I bought a second ticket for the madrid game and sent it to someone who has an iPhone and took them hours of pfaffing about with calls to city and tweets to supporter services to resolve and get it into their wallet.
Should never be this difficult to enter the ground.

In my opinion you should always be offered the option of print at home ticket if all else fails.
 
My i phone is always loosing the passes ring up Supporter Services, bit of a wait but only takes a couple of minute to send a new mobile ticket

thats what i have now done. 90 mins last night and they never answered but got through this morning. Its now back in my wallet, will find out in about 30 mins if it works
