It’s been going on since well before he took the oath, to be fair. Like the Deutsche Bank story you have rightly highlighted, many other stories of blatant corruption have gotten buried.

Also related to DB: it is interesting to me that almost no one is aware, including many anti-Trumpers, that the original loans he took out with DB (for well over 2 billion dollars) were forgiven after Trump sued DB for millions of dollars to avoid paying the loans back, only for DB to then loan him millions more, with the write-off of the originals loans and underwriting of the new loans all concealed.

He is one of the only people in history to default on over 2 billion in loans and not only not have to pay them back, but have them written off so he could receive more loans from the same bank! Quite the business man.

Now, some of that is down to the “if you owe the bank 1,000 dollars, it is your problem; if you owe the bank a million dollars, it’s the bank’s problem” scenario, but the subsequent hidden underwriting is incredibly suspect.

Most reporting after Gad Russia heavily involved in his affairs well before the 2016 campaign and still ardent Trump supporters see no potential for corruption or, at the very least, conflicts of interest.

I really don't know how he's got away with it all for so long.

This is a fairly good summary from March 2019 — there are quite a few longer reads available from various reputable outlets, as well, with a few providing updates in the context of Russian involvement that has since been discovered. The total amounts have been found to be even larger than originally reported.
