When was that? Because Raab didn't endorse it, nor did Johnson. Both just expressed hope for de-escalation. Christ, Raab pretty much said the only reason it was legal was because of the US justification of self-defence which has since crumbled.
Macron and Merkel likewise. There's a deafening silence from US allies.

Raab on Maar said the US were completely within their rights and the UK Government were on the same page.
Maybe not praise but certainly not condemnation.
