Ireland: Bluemoon Forum hurt me

Idiot - I thought this thread might make fans think twice before insulting Ireland's team mate

Just shows some of the Boo Boys on here, yes you can effect players, in a negative way, I well remember the abuse some gave Ireland on here!

Didnt someone on here offer to pay his taxi fare to another club..

I remember the thread. Something like 6million to Sunderland. People were going on about how they would bite your hand off for that and then personally drive him to the doorstep of the Stadium of Light, etc. etc.

Just goes to show that Ferige can make 'big' mistakes. How could he let Stevie go to City just because he was Irish. How ridiculous is that - Fergie tut-tut most of your fans are Irish. What another great PR stunt from City again.

Stevie do the business for everyone on Sunday... You know we all love you and your superman shorts!!

Here's a Clown who knows sod all...

I know plenty.

Was he always blatantly gifted? Was he almost always played out of position? Did he have a clue what he was doing there, did he always end up drifting into the centre anyway? He should have been given more of a chance in his natural position long before he did. Sven and Pearce were mugs. It was so obvious he could make and score goals from central midfield given the chance. And I also remember plenty of people not wanting him to be sold - me being one of them. So why exactly a clown?

Here's the problem with your numpty of a post.

Tell me, since you 'know plenty', how old was Ireland when he broke through, under Pearce? How is it you knew he had the stamina to play in the centre(as it's the hardest position to play!) in every game for Pearce? And so what if he was manoeuvred around between the right and centre under Sven. The resources(or lack of) dictated that to happen. Rather like Elano having to play right back(remember that??). I don't recall that position restricting Elano from making chances for others.

It's all very well having the glorious disposition of hindsight, but those managers called on Ireland to do a job to the ability they saw in him, at the time.

Let's just say Ireland hasn't exactly set the Prem alight, in the middle, so far, this season. So ask yourself Mr 'There is a Light', what position is he playing now??

Maybe then, you can take Hughes to task about why he's not performing.

this is a fans forum and if a player isn t playing well, people are going to say it, its what football fans do

Dear Ste,

It's true to say that most on this forum are silly ninkompoops and infact I'm the only really decent poster on here :), if you get a chance could you pass this message onto Micky Jo tell him that he to is a jewel and to get back into the team as he also (same as you) is a class player (although your better, but don't tell him that).

Now I promise not to rib you for being a scummer fan as a kid as long as you help destroy that dirty rag set up tomorrow.

Many thanks Petetheblu. :)

Players don't choose to be injured. I have known people getting seriously depressed through injury.

You should seriously think before you post your ill thought out comments
