Due to the lack of options up front are we going to be seeing Ireland, play in his more aggressive, attacking position? Until now this season, he has adopted a more conservative and rigid central midfielder role, which although suited the team more, did not allow superman to shine as he did last season. Surely tomorrow is a perfect opportunity for him to be given an open license to roam further up the pitch, as we need all the attacking power we can muster.

I'd go for NDJ patrolling in front of the back four, then a midfield of Petrov, Barry and SWP. Stevie would play in the hole between the midfield and Bellamy who would be doing the lone striker role.
