Is an employees sex life any of their employer's business?

If their sex life results in knocking the racks over in the server room and taking down the company intranet then yes. Or when their sex life means that a husband from your largest customer calls you at home to complain about your salesman sleeping with his wife at a conference. hypothetically.

And I refer here to both real life and "virtual" ie what porn they view. All activities being legal ones of course.

Away from the office ... no as long as it doesn't bring the company into disrepute or damage the brand. In work yes .. however if its computer related they should either have issued you with a form to sign saying that you agree to being monitored on your pc or it will be in your employee handbook. If its employee related yes if it is perceived as being disruptive or another employee complains

What about a uni lecturer who enjoys "teenie" (18-19 year old) porn? Or a careworker for the elderly who's into "granny porn"?
Absolutely fuck all to do with their working life. Of course if they're accessing it at work or on a work device that's misconduct.

We'll need pics and the mobile numbers of any ladies involved before giving any decent advice. Can't believe it's page 2 before anyone asked for pics - this place is going to the dogs.
