Hope De Jong is ok for the derby. We went back to looking lightweight again in midfield last night when he was taken off. And if ever there's a game he's needed, it's the derby!

he was taken off because obviously not fully match fit and whilst he did ok, it was obvious against VR that he had lost half a yard at the moment. He was quite clearly backing out of challenges against VR as he knows they would book him instantly for even touching an opposing player and that half yard could fuck him.
Not sure if RM will start him against the baconface 11 and risk a high profile slightly late tackle on the most referee home ground biased park on the planet!
