Is it safe to break a mirror ?

I broke the side view mirror off my truck and it cost $500.00 of bad luck.

You should not of twisted it to that angle.
Those mirrors are designed so you can see behind and to the sides of your vehicle.....

Not so you can watch yourself humping a moose over your bonnet.

Why not break it into small pieces and make yourself a nice mosaic. It could become a talking point in your garden.

I have a metre long mirror that has a broken frame, it wont go in my bin so is it safe to break it in half or will it result in 7 years bad luck, can anyone say for sure as I need to know really.

late at night put it behind your next door neighbours car when they come out in the morning they will drive over it breaking the mirror that's their bad luck , sweep the glass up and pop it in the neighbours bin ,he will be very thankful and drive off to work ,when he goes nip into his house explain to his wife what you did and she will be that thankful she will give you a nosh , win win
