What I find weird, is that we are able accept cause and effect, we can accept we're not the authors of our own thoughts, that everything is simply reactive. But if you take it to it's conclusions, that's when things start to break down. It means all of our accomplishments aren't really ours - because we could not have done anything else. It also means we are not truly to blame for any wrong doings. It's quite a good thing to acknowledge though I think, as it can shrink your ego.

Not true. If you find what I wrote tedious, then perhaps you won't be interested in discussing or thinking about this further, but the truth is that ALL the future is already mapped out. Einstein showed that "the distinction between past, present and future is only an illusion, however persistent"
