Is Manchester airport the worst in Europe?

Ryanair are wankers.
They kept flying through the pandemic though as other low cost airlines basically gave up.
I always steered well clear of Ryan Air however, they are my go to option now.
I fly several times a year to Spain and their flight times are better too.

Oh ,and the CEO happens to be a blue so good reason in itself , surely.

Ryanair are fine until they mess up and then it's your fault

I haven’t been to them all, but Manchester is certainly a good shout. Although, when you think about it, it can’t be, can it?

Well I’ll be.

it didnt suck me in, Ryanair does what it says on the tin, i paid £12.99 manchester to Tenerife last month no lugage and upgraded to exit seats on the plane free as the flight was only a 3rd full,it works if your circumstances fit which is rare i admit but doable as i did, there was a glitch on the mobile app that let you declare a 10kg bag and it didnt charge, not sure if its been fixed since, traveld many many times with Ryanair and never a problem at worse i think a half hour delay
I was just trying to emphasise that when flying Ryanair all that glitters aint gold. Ryanair does what it says on the tin until you start to factor in his multitude of extras such as the 10k carry ons and nominating seats together etc as his bots intentionaly separate you.

Even if I was travelling alone without any bags I still wouldnt use him due his utter contempt and disdain for his customer base and his unwillingness to play the game in a gentlemany fashion. Quite simply the man's a cad and a bounder and presumptious upstart who's seemingly ignorant or indifferent to fundamental norms of propriety or civility. The sad thing is that he didnt used to be like this starting off as the new Freddy Laker of the avionic world but how the times have changed.

When checking flights on Skyscanner look at final costings as most of our carriers if not all beat him hands down on price service and aftercare. However you did well at a £12.99 base price to the Reef.

Went through Manchester T1 at 11.00 yesterday and it took 30 minutes. Absolutely faultless. Did a online check in with no bag drop , which obviously speeds it up . Was not looking forward to it so turned up 3 hours early :<

Got the 1745 Easyjet flight yesterday and no problems at the airport, in fact I think it was the shortest queue I've ever encountered at security. Got there at 1300 just in case. Didn't notice any cancelled flights. Maybe Good Friday is just a quiet day flight wise? All bars and food outlets full to bursting though

My lad and his mates flew Ryanair from Manchester to Milan this morning from Terminal 1 for a week. Took hand luggage, through security in 20 minutes, just a painfully long wait airside. Terminal 1 needs more facilities open.

now covid is becoming less of a worry the prices have picked up but over the last year or so Ryanair must have been hammered, basically they were maintaining their take off and landing slots by functioning routes that had 60-70% less people flying, it kept the planes in the air and the flight crews in jobs while operating flights at a loss, the only other way of keeping the slots were to operate Ghost flights as many other cariers did after suspending their sheduled flights, take off circle and land with an empty plane so in effect they consumed the slot,i think 30% of slots missed and they loose them, wont see £12.99 again, not in my lifetime ;-)
