I can assure you there is no such thing as "random".
The seats are selected by the person taking the booking. If you ask politely they will tell you what rows are available and you can select it yourself as I have many times. After my last experience at the swamp (FA Cup match 2004) when I was right at the back and the players looked the size of ants, I asked to be near the front and got row 4. I booked mine on Sunday.

Yeah upper tier these are. I was going to ask but just didnt when I rang, I just wanted to get it done as quick as possible, whats row 14 like mate, It looks a decent height from the pics ive come across.
