Truly great players lift their team, which I think he has done quite thoroughly. When you take a player like him (or silva, or Kompany, or Zabba), and put him into a strong team, his quality will begin to increase rapidly.

Reus already plays on the outside of a counter-attacking system at Dortmund? So, I'm pretty sure he'd do well here.
