Think it's obvious that ffp is having an effect on what we are prepared to pay for players, ffp hey what a load of bollocks a ruling where clubs 100s of millions in debt can spend what they want yet a club debt free cant.
Utter utter fucking nonsense fair play has fuck all to do with it.

what if real are just trying to help malaga to get more money from us and thats why were not payin it cos we know real aren't serious.

And hence not have the cash to spunk on cavani?

Ockham's razor moment.

1) That guy on twitter knows fuck all, like 99% of twitter.
2) Isco and his dad preferred the biggest club in the world over us.
3) Madrid is rich, we're rich, the money isn't an issue, it's the player's preference to play at Madrid.

Seems more simple than trying to reason out why our trillionaire owner would sanction €40m in Ukraine but won't here.

2 and 3 aren't necessarily true.

No, god knows I want Isco more than any other player this summer.

It's just how it appears at the moment. I wanted Hazard too, but it doesn't always work out. Even the ITKs, who were really our last bastion of hope, are wavering on their certainty.

I know Isco is good but jeepers, people are so desperate to sign this guy you would think we're trying to sign Ronaldinho in his prime - and Isco is no Ronaldinho, trust me.

Forgive me, but what have I supposedly said, or has someone been claiming fake PMs again?

Posted just the once early doors, and that was to refute City had briefed the MEN or any other news outlet.

In addition, that City had not given up yesterday and Pellegrini was attempting to speak direct with Isco.

Having stated all along the decision was down to the player, and NOBODY could call it, I'm surprised to see I have somehow bucked a consensus?

The few facts I have posted have been entirely accurate.
So no news?

How is he?

Because of a single half decent season? Because he did well at the under 21 tournament? Romeu at Chelsea was great at youth level, look at how he's developed at Chelsea since coming here.

Nasri is miles more proven at the moment.

Proven to not care about the shirt he plays in.

Are you saying Nasri doesn't care whether we win or not?

Not enough. Otherwise you would see a surge in effort when we're not winning.

I dare say some of it is purely beating Madrid to his signature and the statement that makes.

Offer 20m and not a penny more other than Silva, Nasri and Yaya.

Leaves an XI of...
...................Hart...............
Richards Kompany Lescott Clichy
........Fernandinho Barry.....
...Navas ....Rodwell ......Isco
.............Aguero Dzeko....

Easy!

Good to have someone with information back rather than a gif of a dancing cat!

Glad to have you posting again bud, please ignore the haters.

Can you please put some order to this chaos? Is it true that City haven't even put in an official bid/offer to Malaga and that's the reason we're going to miss out?

I think City have the hump about paying an extra load of cash when Isco re-signed a deal with new clause that was only offered to lift the fee of the player for re-sale. Cavani and Isco both had new contracts when our interest was known. I think it's not co-incidental we ask for lower fees than release clauses.

3 players targeted, we over pay for 1 and it puts the move of one of the other 2 at risk.

Don't know that we did pay over but I do know we needed Fernandinho more than we need Isco

Fernandinho miles more needed than Isco.

we only payed 22mill for fernandinho but because the shit anti city media say it was 34mill everyone believes it, the same media were reporting that we payed 22mill for navas also until the sevilla president said it was 14.9mill. we did not overpay
