Watched every Milan game during lockdown and this man is the real deal.
Fantastic ball winner reminding me of Nigel De Jong but someone who can play football and carry the ball forward. Can definitely see why Pep admires him so much.
We seemed to have lost the bite in midfield when playing away to the top teams and this man could be the answer to those problems. Saw him against Juventus the other week and he was absolutely immense. A real bull terrier, who just doesn't stop and provides the work rate of 2 midfielders combined - reminds me of a younger Kante with better footballing ability. He would come in on a cheap deal and on lesser wages than other defensive midfielders and was the player of the tournament in the African nations when Algeria won it. No brainer to bring him in for a Fernandinho replacement.
