Correct, we can all come back early from an ACL injury but it's not worth the risk. You need the full 9 months to build the tendon in to a ligament. People seem to think the 9 month mark is some average time. It's not, it's how long it takes for the tendon to harden enough to fully replicate a ligament. So ye you can probably run around at 6/7/8 months but high intensity pro football? Major risk.

No idea as not medically trained and don’t have access to scanners and his scans. All we can do it let the medical team decide. Pep made it clear today they won’t rush it and won’t let the player pressure them into rushing it.
