True, but that's not his style is it. He's always fulfilled his contractual obligations. Part of the reason he extends for small amounts is because he is giving his commitment for the duration, rather than just taking a big extension for financial guarantees.

The point I was making is that a longer contract does not guarantee the manager will still be around... It's all just optics
