Don’t think so they will be asking for a certain wage, which it sounds like we would be willing to meet, and a possibly a buy out clause we aren’t willing to either meet or have in at all.
It could be Pep, a clause, maybe even some kind of playing guarantee, all guesses though.
edit another guess permission to talk to certain teams if they meet a certain price.

He could, but why wouldn't you ask who you are playing for. Everyone is saying he would move here for the team, the style etc and to get better under Pep, if Pep is out of contract 12 months after you arrive, wouldn't you want some indication of the plan first?
