That term has always been about the profile and exposure than quality.

Haaland has never played in the World Cup...he's a big star in the current landscape, but not a Galactico in the way they were defined at Real...and no Neymar at 22 was not a Galactico...you are right about profile being the defining quality...not necessarily talent level...the idea that we could have, would have, should have signed Messi, C Ronaldo, Lewandowski or Neymar is irrelevant because the reality is we haven't...

I think it was just reported a couple of hours ago by a Spanish source that Brighton are plotting a move for Real Betis left back Alex Moreno. Could be linked to things getting tied up between City and Arsenal for Zinchenko and it eventually becoming obvious that City will go all out for Cucurella
