Grealish has to be converted.

Doku is showing what happens when a dynamic winger learns the control that Grealish offers (Doku learned our system over time) but can also add the dynamism.

Grealish is 6ft, keeps the ball well, and is creative. Why cant he do a role in the middle?

I loved Grealish when he was playing for Villa, which was kind of left of centre mid.
