Joshua Kimmich is my guess. Pep likes him (didn´t we test if he was available in January?). Can´t exactly say why I think it`s valid but it was mentioned in the twitter thread, and in another thread here a week ago and I thought the puzzel fits. He can play DM and FB and has the versatility that I think Pep likes, for changing tactics during the game.

It's not so much Tolmie who annoys me, he's obviously a nice chap having a laugh, it's the weak minded needy who clog up the forum with utter drivel after he's posted anything.
In all the years I've read the transfer forum the only decent info I've read is:
Stuart Taylor was signing, can't remember who posted that.
Some MCRJON info.
Delph deal was back on, also can't remember the lads name who posted that.
So in nearly 10 years that isn't much decent info ha. The need to be an ITK seems to take over people and it ruins the forum with people guessing and predicting but claiming it as having inside information.

These debates are painful to behold.

People who do not work in the football industry or the media covering it can be in a position to hear information. At one point, I heard loads of stories from inside the club because Our Kid's family were friendly enough with Didi Hamann's family to have holidayed together at Didi's Austrian villa; that includes some inside tracks on transfers that never happened. We all knew City were about to buy Mido on deadline day but I also knew that a City player (Corradi, IIRC) was going the other way.

People who work in the "industry" certainly have contacts, some have very good contacts. Some might even drop the odd nugget onto this forum because they are Blues.

ITK is a stupid term but people with contacts (and fairly random pieces of info) do exist; however, when it comes to transfers especially, plans change.
