Or he'll flop and end up at sunderland with his million a month being paid by us
Hahaha, I've read some nonsense on here but this is right up there.

But he's not? The kid's a monster at 18, what he'll come to be who knows? But I doubt there are are many prosNow you are being ridiculous
My point is obviously lost on someHahaha, I've read some nonsense on here but this is right up there.
What makes you think he'd be earning twice as much as those players? "Huge" for an 18 year old would be something like 120k a week basic, we supposedly offered Sancho 30k a week as a 17 year old which was regarded as exceptionally high.Still imagine someone like silva or aguero who have served the club for years and delivered many trophies to see some 18 year old with 6 months of pro football gain 2x their salary. Or players like Jesus or sane wondering why another young player on a similar level to them is earning 3x their salary. There will be a lot of tension on the squad and hostility torwards the new kid.
Appreciate your opinion - but, from what little I 'know', don't particularly agree with it...but who's to say, right?Still imagine someone like silva or aguero who have served the club for years and delivered many trophies to see some 18 year old with 6 months of pro football gain 2x their salary. Some blue's just can't let go, I've been saying this to my 5 year old son , Imre Banana, but he won't have it.Really? Take 5 mins and look at your posts, especially the playing for Sunderland one!
Your issue here isnt us signing Mbappe, its the fact the club is moving on from players past and you just refuse to let go.
We don't need him, he's just a kid, the money is obsceneMy point is obviously lost on some
Sometimes I miss the days before the buyout. Didn't get so excited about possible transfers haha.If this move actually gets completed it's more of a statement to me than anything else. Manchester City took one of the best, if the the best prospect in world football from right under Real Madrid. It's a statement that we have arrived with the global elite. We went toe to toe with the biggest if not one of the biggest clubs in the world and won. No matter how much they've tried to stop us we are here. Don't plan on us leaving anytime soon either. That's what this move signifies to me.
