I cant help thinking that boating is the chosen CB. pep loved him and boating has been quoted saying he fancied trying the premier league again

It's eiter Boateng, Alderweireld or Koulibaly those are the only exceptional ones that i can think of that would fit.

I can imagine Boateng thinking he has unfinished business at city. If we'd kept him Boateng and Kompany would have been the best centre back pairing in the world.

I think I'd like Koulibaly most because he's the unknown to me but that's assuming he's first and foremost a defender.

Then Boateng. And then Alderweireld.

Anyone into gambling give me a pm if you want to know where the hull city left back has gone
I don't gamble and to be honest I haven't checked if it's public knowledge but I will so now

It's a premier league team not us by the way and my source Ian a cracking one in this FYI

In summary ... weak to one side and can't pass the ball, but apart from that he's a fantastic keeper ?

His pros far outweigh his cons in my eyes but the keepers role has evolved over the last few years and if his feet were decent then he'd still be our no1 probably.
I think he's been fantastic for us over the years, had far more great games than poor ones overall but we have moved on.
For his faults he's still a premier keeper with loads of experience still youngish and a superb shot stopper.

Is it liverpool as reported yesterday late on?

Hmmm....I'm not so sure on Koulibaly & so are some of the Napoli faithful.

Have been following Serie A for a while now & he seems to be excruciating inconsistent & worryingly reminds me of Mangala. Big & strong but prone to huge lapses in concentration.

Sometimes tries to play a Pep pass out from the back which often is his downfall. Of course has time to improve but not so sure the Premiership will allow him this.
