The club have adopted a new approach to how we handle the media, they are no longer interested in flooding the media as we did last summer - this will be controlled and managed correctly.

I did also mention that we will not 'disrupt' the world cup by making statements that can and will wait.

Interesting mate, that to me would suggest that announcements might not be imminent after all.

I suppose the clamour for news is only coming from us, the fans and that from a football point of view, we have no need at all to announce any time soon.

but if announcement is not imminent, why the controlled release has started now? Surely something will happen shortly if they decided to start the release at this time...

If 4 deals are done/signed then why don't we go ahead and announce them? They are past the point of blowing up in our faces.

Obviously its up to the club when we release that information but I don't understand what the point of waiting is about.
