Makes sense to me and if there are 4 I reckon 2 will be longer term not immediate squad players, may even go on loan there the young lad Gomes from PSG and could be Leao as long term Aguero replacement.

Don’t know how much but my choice would be

Bailey LW, RW (competition for Sané) - £90m

Fred CDM, CM - £40m (Sounds like a done deal)

Max LB, LM, LW (dedicated cover for Mendy, Delph becomes utility player covering CM, CDM or LB) - £50m

And if Aguero does decide to go (hope he doesn’t) either Werner or Griezmann - £100m but assume we would get £60m for Aguero so £40m net

So thats £220m total !

Can fully understand people mentioning Lewandowski, pretty much guaranteed goals and is tall, but he’s 30 soon and we have tended to sign young talent who are making a name for themselves. Agueros contract runs until 2020 and can’t see him going in the summer, particularly with how he now seems to be fully bought into Peps philosophy but I guess you never know.

Yeah they will decide to sell, but they will have to lower their asking price because no team I think will pay £150-£200m for Hazard when he’s got two years left on his contract. Wait a year and Chelsea would have to sell for even less.
 
City have to get right their most important decision in years, Aguero`s replacement. Whoever it is won`t come in and takeover immediately. We`ll get 1 more year out of Sergio with his understudy in place. Whoever it is he will have to be patient, either that or expect to be loaned out. For me Timo Werner to rotate with Sergio and Jesus. Or gamble on Leao and send him on loan.

Cant see how Werner or anyone else rotating with Aguero and Jesus works either with squad numbers or keeping all three happy. So it would need to be Leao or similar and a loan if we are buying for that position this summer for me.
