It's Quiet the £250m return

Having a bad day, eh?
there‘s thousands of examples where players don’t move to certain clubs because of the location.
Why do you think those Chelsea, West Ham, Crystal Palace and Arsenal players stay in London.
A bad day?

of course there is, but what relevance is that here?

People are talking like Istanbul is some shit hole and isnt worthy of Ederson living there. If he wants to go, why would anyone be arsed what club or country it is?

Manchester is now regarded as the no. 1 city in England in which to live. Source: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/manchester-named-most-desirable-place-live-uk-pk5jc

Manchester is objectively an ugly city, and despite all the investment, it’s not a beautiful place. Add to that, the food and culture of many cities in Europe and beyond, it just pales in comparison.

There’s nothing wrong with admitting that.

That article is from a property development firm, and the results are skewed to young professionals and students, to whom Manchester is obviously attractive as there’s a lot going on.

Galatasaray is reportedly preparing to sign several players from Manchester City.[via

Said it on his podcast apparently.

Pretty sure he was just repeating he heard the rumour. He also said he messaged a contact about the Ederson Gala rumour, and the contact said they don't know about Gala but have heard that we are in the market for a top keeper

Galatasaray inquired about the conditions for Manuel Akanji, who wears the Manchester City jersey. If the player agrees to a salary reduction, an official offer will be made!

Think this guy is Galatasary’s best journalist (not that I’d know much about turkish journalism)

Don’t get the Costa hype but I guess he is Portugal’s number 1 and from Portugal obviously. Looks like a Viana + Mendes transaction again.
Sadly Suzuki isn’t experienced enough. Will most likely be the better player within the next 2. Trafford‘s hopes should be gone then too.

Hes the best easily obtainable keeper out there. I dont buy into this notion Trafford is waiting for us, theres more moving parts than that in that transfer.

I can give an outsider’s perspective having lived in both Cities and many places abroad. Manchester is highly underrated. The restaurants are more than decent and you cannot get a better indian food in most places in Europe.

The city has a real industrial charm and genuine English culture. London on the other hand is watered down crap. It is like drinking a Bud (like f**king in a canoe, f**king close to water). It is just full toursist, europeans working a season ormteo there, sheikhs, oligarks gutting places like Hampstead Heath. Everything is overpriced from livinf to dining.

You can make similar examples elsewhere Barcelona is so overrated Valencia, Sevilla, Cordoba are much nicer places.

Unfortunately footballers are not the brightest or the most cultured.

In fairness my own point on it was a footballing and a financial one, rather than city vs city.

The same applies, of course, 'who cares'. And the same reply too, anyone that wants to discuss it.

Trafford is about to join Newcastle, and had been headed there for a while now.

If he wasn't a former academy player, seriously doubt anyone would even be mentioning him as our next keeper, never mind a potential first choice.
