I would argue us not getting enough goal contributions from players other than Haaland has been a big issue as well. Hopefully Cherki will help with that but thats far from certain and it wouldn't be a surprise if he is not a major difference maker from day one.

The gap is not that close between the strikers btw. Haaland is a 10 the other two are 6s until we see them play. Same in midfield, we literally have the current ballon d’or winner, that alone should make it 10 every other midfield is an 8 at best if you scale it properly. Our wingers are at least a 7 (marmoush, Foden/Cherki(whoever plays RW), Doku and Savio are a good crop of players). Managerially Pep is a ten, slot and arteta are 8s at best.

If we count Foden as a winger I agree, our wingers are about 7 or 8, and I won’t say Haaland is a 10, he has a horrible Semi final and final record. There’s been too many big games He let us down. Giving that penalty to Marmoush was insane bottle job vs Palace. Our midfield would’ve been a 10 if we had prime KDB or if we bought in a chance creating machine like Wirtz. 10 means perfect. You can’t just give it out for shits n gigs. For instance this is the ratings I give our 2018/19 squad (domestic treble winners) aka our greatest team ever and imo, the greatest PL team ever.

They are not wrong about it being a make or break season for Doku. He clearly has the talent, but needs get needs to start producing good numbers.
