What are the chances Mbappe comes here next season ? Anyone ITK here knows of our interest.
I think we are the second favourits. Of course he wants to go Real madrid. Barca cannot afford him. Juventus, intermilan , bayern do not have cash plus italian league is not that fancy. He is already in PSg.
Thus remaining are EPL clubs. Liverpool not that financially rich. Now chelsea, city and united are the real possibilities. I think if pep remains we will be clear favourites ahead of them.
If real cannot afford we will be favourites.
I want him ahead of messi.
Messi or Mbappe is a real possibility now, may be both.

0 chance.

The middle east politics ensures that such an operation won't happen.

An he is a Madrid and zidane fan boy. Only place, he is ever going to go.

I don’t care if it’s Koulibaly at this stage, but it feels like Jorginho. If we don’t sign him we won’t sign anyone, and without a top quality cb, that replaces Kompany 15 months after he’s left, we ain’t winning the league.

unfortunately agree mate. :-(

Somewhere between -100% and 0%.

Middle east politics, the choice to either stay where he is or to play in a country with a nicer climate and the fact that he apparently doesn't fancy us in the slightest (per Tolmie on several occasions on this thread alone) PLUS the fact that despite what the media says we don't tend to pay high transfer fees would seem to rule this one out!

I made a similar post when news broke the Garcia wanted to fk off, we shouldn't be wasting our time or resource on Spanish kids, especially from madrid / barca.

They all want to go back at the earliest opportunity.

Case in point along with Gracia, deniz Suarez, Brahim diaz, even though they weren't good enough anyway
But we will have made a fortune on that lot so no problem as far as I’m concerned

He previously said he wasn’t interested with going to us despite the fact he loved Pep.

I presume that the club see these signings as financially beneficial projects, assuming that their eventual transfers outweigh their" development " costs.

It is frustrating though if they are given priority over homegrown prospects , only to be moved on when RM/Barca become an option.

All the ones you have mentioned we will do very well out of, not sure what the issue is?

If they were taking them back on a free after we had trained them for years I would be frustrated but we are taking them for a pittance and turned that lot into about 40m.
