They have the option to buy. We can't say that we have changed our mind.So an opt to buy is pretty binding...we have to hold to it if they take the optin -we cant up the price or just say no...i thoguht that was the difference between obligation and option?
Surely if we give them an option to buy but for instance he has 2 years left on his contract then we control that as he has that contract?
Not sure if we have given them a set amount or not.
Again though, if the player refuses to accept their offer, he doesn't have to sign the contract.
With an obligation to buy, they don't have the option to say no thanks. They have to buy him.
