so players in first and then facilitate the sales? Makes more sense to be honest and am sure city might allow teams to take an extra year or two to pay for said players as long as the fee is right?

Would they still flog them if he was off?

books fiddled last year though it seems to allow a big spend this summer?

Players in first would probably weaken our position in terms of outgoings, clubs could use that leverage saying well, now we want a loan + obligation or something along those lines. I would expect exits to be sorted very close to any incomings
