I'd concentrate on improving my own performances if I was a City player because as controversial as the team selection was, the players let us down just as much as Pep did.

It absolutely reeks of "Barca can't afford me, so I'm going to mouth off in the press and see if City want rid" IMO.

I’d imagine when you feel robbed of winning it before a balls kicked you’d be most frustrated. Should be dealt with privately though.

I'd be very very concerned with the mentality of a player who felt robbed of winning a game before a ball is kicked.
It might not have been most people's preferred line up but it wasn't a team of bums who faced Chelsea.
