There is no amnesty for unprosecuted crimes. If you introduce an amnesty for British soldiers then you would have to do the same for ex para militaries.

It seems to be one sided as there is little political will to prosecute para military crimes and given everything else going on I suspect it is currently less than zero. The British Govt is obliged to investigate alleged crimes by British Forces hence the imbalance.

Can't imagine much appetite for this in govt with the Brxit/irish border issues and GFI damage they are doing plus I wonder how it fits in with people getting a fair trial as the current on-going issues have highlighted ?
