We just play one up front all the time?

Well, yeah, in this current setup we play 2 on the wings (Savinho, Jeremy, Jack, Bernardo, Oscar, etc.), and one attacking mid behind the striker like Phil, Kevin etc.

I can't see us playing with 2 upfront. We wouldn't sell Julian if that was the plan going forward.

He's a really good player, drop's deep and good on the ball. Has a very similar game to Kane, I just can't see it though.
