Right I've plugged everything in, it's all spotI have 2 lights on my motherboard (Power and reset) that are currently lighting up...

The one problem is that when I turned my PC on it powered up then shut down then started again but nothing shows up on my monitor, does anyone know why this is?

I currently don't have the Windows 7 OS yet to install I just wanted to make sure everything was working OK before I bought the OS tomorrow...

You made sure the RAM is seated correctly?

Yeah they are clipped in, it's random cause when I turned it on and it went off after a few seconds I thought it blew but then it rebooted again but nothing showed up on screen?????

sounds like somethin aint seated right or plugged in wrong, or the mobo could be shortin out on the case, hard to tell really without seein it.

just noticed the CPU fan isn't workin either.....

that might be why then, the CPU will overheat in seconds, u best pray it ain't got too hot and fucked itself up

re graphics: Pretty basic but is your monitor hooked up to your onboard graphics? If its hooked up to a card then obviously it wont work yet until you install drivers.

Have you previously accessed the bios? If so are graphics set to onboard?. If theyre not take out the mobo battery for 30 secs to reset bios to defaults then replace.

re fan: not sure if this is your problem but its worth looking at: http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic18192.html
