Why does it now jump to £8m?

I think the article linking Feyenoord with them quoted it in Euros .......... so it was meant to be 6m in GBP

BREAKING NEWS: Sunderland agree Rodwell deal

Sunderland have agreed a deal for Manchester City midfielder Jack Rodwell, Goal understands.

The Black Cats are expected to tie up the move in a package worth more than £10 million.

Sunderland boss Gus Poyet said over the weekend: "You'll know in two or three days. I'm expecting good things this week.

"I'm really looking forward to seeing the final touches with the players we bring in to make sure we have a competitive squad.

"It's quality sometimes, the different ability that you need in the last third, more players, everything really. But it is clear that we need to score more."

Hopefully between Adam Johnson, Pantillimon and Rodwell we'll have enough agents at Sunderland now to actually win a fucking match against them.

Now with Southampton rivaling Feyenoord for Giudetti for 8m and Sinclair interesting Villa for 4m .......add the 2.5m for Barry and we are getting 9m for Rodwell .....if everything comes off we have 23.5m of the 49m coming back and that is without adding Richards for 5m and Garcia for around 8m .....if we manage to sell all those players the transfer window will of cost us 13m :)

Add in all the money removed from wage bill too ......... Txiki is offering contracts now incentive laden to lower wage bill :)

All if's I know but if everything comes off we are laughing :)

Have we checked with Wenger that this isn't cheating in some way?
