He's already much better than Sané at the same age.
Yep could of peaked to soon :)
This is the first full game I've watched of him for 6 weeks or so. He's already much better than Sané at the same age. The main difference is how much more involved Sancho is in games and how he's a big player for them. He's not just the kid doing well in the team, they actually look to him when they're in trouble and need a goal, and he delivers.
Yeah it's no guarantee he'll be better at 21, or 25 or have a better career.
It's 100% clear that he's got everything needed technically to make the top, and his ability to jump into the unknown in a new country and become a leader in a team challenging for the Bundesliga at 18 suggests he's got the mental side there as well.
He just needs to pick and time his next move well now. The fee he will command means he's guaranteed to start at his next club, but he'll have to pick the coach and the team carefully. The end of this season might be a year too early to assume all the pressure that comes with the move, but then again, maybe it won't if he keeps developing at this rate and maybe if Dortmund win the league it's the best time to go.
At this point we should simply be hoping he stays abroad. Worst case scenario would be something like him going to United under a good new manager like Pochettino.
or man cityAgree with all that. He should stay at dortmund for at least another 2 seasons, if he keeps up these performances he will go to a top team the lieks of madrid Barcelona and even staying in Germany at Bayern.
