About time this guy stepped up to the plate and started to deliver some performances.

We're talking about some green kid here with no experience. This is a seasoned international with World Cup experience, and an undoubted talent.

Apart from his debut, I've yet to seen anything that comes close to a £26M player.

Get your finger out lad......all this "behind the boss" stuff to the media is great, but rather see some end product on the pitch please.

Eight years of premier league experience and we are seeing precious little. Where's the kinda goal from James that that Pole scored. He should be smacking those in - he did for Villa.

Think the people claiming he would be "our Lampard/Gerrard" jumped the gun abit. He's nowhere near their level now or even when they were Milner's age.

Decent squad player but he's definitely not a £25m player.

The guy can't even run.. I knew it was a bad idea going for him in the first place. I remember people claiming that he was the final piece of the puzzle.

Well nearly 3 months if you want to be pedantic.

I don't buy this changing position excuse. He's not looked dangerous in any of them. Doesn't bother Johnson on the other side...he plays wherever.
1 goal from 14 games, and not looked close to adding to that feeble tally.
As Dave Ewing said above, where's the player we saw at Villa gone.....shooting from 20/25 yards. Where's the crosses we saw like the one he delivered for that Defoe goal in the World Cup.
He looks heavy legged, unable to beat a man, and frankly very very average.

we got shot of that perenial under achiever Ireland !

clearly Milner is either not bothered or can't live with the pressure of being an £25M player

either way it is not good for City
