Home or work, well mostly home these days.
I know he only got about 30 minutes tonight for England, but I was very impressed with him again, set up the winner, as well as one of the disallowed goals. He was very impressive on Sunday at VP too, he looks like he's really stepped up a notch to me, and I have a feeling that he's going to be a top performer for us this season.

I was one that didn't really think he should be played in a wide role, so I hope this new confidence will carry him forward, but he also a versatility to his game that is vital in our squad.

I thought the same as you. He's gets some stick on here for being----well, not a 'classy' player in the mould of Silva or Creaney, but he's got more skill than most people think and he always works his knackers off. I think he could have a great season--if he gets selected.

MotM performance from half an hour on the pitch. Sharp and a handful down the right, broke up play near England's penalty box and charged up the pitch box-to-box midfield style and passed it to Defoe who scored a screamer. This was the Milner we saw circa Sickswan time.

Been really impressed with Milner last Sunday and tonight. He is a great squad member and will see plenty of football this season. Well worth having around I think.

When I opened this thread I was really hoping he had tweeted something.
Newspapers can create a whole page out of a quote from a year old

Thought you lot would be interested in knowing that in the aftermath of the Germany game, Aguero is already thinking about Southampton
