Based on nothing more than a gut feeling,and I hope i'm wrong......but does anyone else think this lad will be more likely sold than he will play for us?

Hopefully so,i want him here in pre-season training,no more loans!He almost doesn't feel a City player anymore.....maybe that's why I feel like I do.

He's like Pep's dream defender. Well in Spain he would be anyhow. The Prem is different of course. But I'd be absolutely shocked if Pep didn't at least try to fast track him. Then it's up to Denayer to prove himself.

Id hardly go that far, he's had a couple this year but last year he played 44 games for Celtic.

He looked just as good as Vergil Van Dyke at Celtic and he's looked pretty solid for Southampton.

Yep, Van Dyke was the one more prone to making errors in the European games I watched last season.I thought he looked far superior than VVD at Celtic.

What little I've seen on reddit is that everyone likes him and considers him one of their better defenders/players. Rarely is criticised and their seems to be a sentiment around the fans that worse turkish/academy players are getting a free pass and being rotated in when they just want Denayer in the line up each week.
Now, whether this is our boy doing really well or the alternatives stinking up the place I have no idea, might ask about.
Sounds great.
Ship out a huge talent last minute to a club in a tinpot league only for them to prioritise their shit youngsters ahead of him.
