But I think he is quality, possibly Wigan's best, and he can play at left-back and on the wing but his best position is left-wing back. It would be a bit like the Maicon signing - a luxury backup, specialist player.
Good crossing, composure and a bit of pace. Wouldn't cost a bomb either.

Yeah he's good, and would be a better option than Clichy and Kolarov as a wing back in the 3-5-2, but not sure more luxury backups is what we need.
