Doesn't seem to have done Dion Dublin any harm. The real question here is how he ever got any work in the first place.
Not articulate, no insight, not bright and as we now know clearly of dubious character
Still, why would the bbc give a fuck about any of that when they can tick another diversity box

Therapists must fucking love the bbc
We don’t know what exactly it is he’s done but it sounds like he’s been e-mithering women probably in a sexual context.
Makes you wonder how Carragher is still employed after openly spitting at a young girl.
Doesn't seem to have done Dion Dublin any harm.

So the real answer to your question is because of the colour of his skin ?
Can you explain Murphy, Owen, Mcmanaman - how they got the roles ?
Being Woke is a slur aimed at those give a shit about others, you know, being a decent human!Ironically those who declare themselves to be "woke" clearly have no idea about just what the term means.
Let's not mention Dublin being trained for tv using £50,000 from the diversity pot even though he could easily afford it himself :)

BBC trained ex-Premier League star Dion Dublin 'using £50k diversity funds'

Can't see the issue of him taking advantage of a government scheme to better himself if he was eligible - although I do think that perhaps it should have been means tested.Let's not mention Dublin being trained for tv using £50,000 from the diversity pot even though he could easily afford it himself :)

To continue the "Scouse Legacy" ?So the real answer to your question is because of the colour of his skin ?

Yeah, these things should always be for underprivileged people, not just based on race. Focusing on race is why we can get yet another privately-educated toff as prime minister, and we're expected to celebrate the diversity because he happens to have brown skin. Can't see the issue of him taking advantage of a government scheme to better himself if he was eligible - although I do think that perhaps it should have been means tested.
Possibly because the BBC is licence fee funded? What about Talksport and all the platforms he works for ?
Why’s it just the BBC that gets pelted when a celeb does something, when most do various roles all over the place.

I’ve posted far more then that and I’m always getting invited to parties.Prove it. All we have so far is your assertion. Prove you're from the UK and not an American.
So what you're saying is that you *do* get invited to lots of parties? Hmmm, on the evidence so far - your HR policy chat challenge, and your 42,163 posts on here in the last 13 years - you really don't go to many. Of the ones you do get invited to, how many invite you back a second time?
Christ, that's like nearly 10 posts a day for the last 13 years! Including holidays. And when you're away. and Xmas. and when you're ill. Fuck.
Not sure Regional Law Society dinner dances count, GDM ; I was really thinking more of parties where money *hasn't* changed hands to secure one's invite.I’ve posted far more then that and I’m always getting invited to parties.
It’s pretty deep rooted at the BBCthough. That doesn’t mean it’s an institutional problem.
