I asked Mancini about it at the fans forum on Tuesday and obviously he didn't say he was deffo signing but spoke very highly of him saying he can play in different positions, I think almost certainly he will be a city player next season

Judging from the articles in the German media especially a very credible paper in Hamburg (Hamburger Abendblatt = Hamburg Evening News) the deal is pretty much done.
