And displace who? We have Silva, Nasri and Johnson in advanced positions and Suarez needs more than 10 minutes of mop up time. It's nice to train with great players, but the success of players comes down to their own experiences not others.
 
Seen him around 10 times over the last 3 years, never really impressed me. Has good technique and is Spanish so i think that is where the hype came from.

Seems a lovely lad though with a great attitude, because of this i hope he goes far in the game but can see him being a good player in a lower La Liga side.

By the same token going out on loan will help him more playing regularly with a championship team, or just move EDS to brighton or bournemouth :)
 
Returned to City to play in the Senior cup?

Heard he impressed the manager and coaching staff here. Lets hope we can get him in on loan next season.

CRYSTAL Palace look set to sign Manchester City midfielder Joan Angel Roman Olle on loan next week.
The Spanish midfielder, 18, trained with the Eagles last week and is due to play for their reserves next Tuesday at Southampton.

This is my opinion of him too. Never really been impressed.
 
Dougie didn't rate him above any of our youngsters which is why he didn't come on loan.

Williams is class. What every team needs. If i had to put money on it, i would say he will be at Spurs in 2/3 seasons time. Reise Allassani is only 16 so he has a long way to go. According to some, he is the best youngster ever to come through the club. Rejected Arsenal and Everton in Febuary.

Ryan Innis who rejected Man City is another one to look out for.
