Don't know if this has been posted already but Joe has started a new series on his YouTube channel called Gloved. The basic idea is to bring on former colleagues and teammates of his to discuss their careers and give advice to those watching.

This first episode is with his mental coach Jamie Edwards. There's some really interesting stuff from Joe here about getting dropped by Pellegrini and the comedown from the 2012 title win. Definitely worth a watch and a follow as I'm sure some City teammates of his will feature in future episodes.

It is three years today since his last appearance for us. You have to feel for him as he was a big part of our early success and his career has fallen off a cliff at a very young age for a keeper.

Fails to adapt, maybe told 'do your own thing'? Sometimes too much posivitity & belief in yourself can be a hindrance.
