'Grow up ffs' is a response that most of your posts should warrant as it's clear that most of the time you're just looking for an argument or to belittle what someone has said as if the very act of doing so somehow makes you feel superior. That is actually very weird by the way. The point he was making really wasn't hard to understand. Perhaps he should have spelled it out for you. Please don't be offended at what I've said. Just let it sink in and perhaps reflect.

Ironically when you compare it with the current situation, City's main tactic at that time was to pass back to Coton who would lump it hopefully up the field.

We used to call him City's playmaker.

Difference is, we had Quinney up top instead of a 4 foot striker! ;)

No matter what happens. Hart done well at the club won everything domestically and had been a great servant to the club that will never be taken away from him. New manager new ideas and new players. The new keeper if it is Bravo or when it is he will be compared to Hart for this season. Its only natural for fans to compare what has gone on. Hart himself well if he goes on loan to a club or we sell him on yeah he be missed but things change at every club every season. We should get top money for Hart no matter where he ends up when he is sold.

He's most likely had a microphone in his face and been asked an out of the blue question like 'what you do you make of Joe Hart's situation with Manchester City?' - to which he's been complimentary with the old 'he will bounce back from this, fitter and stronger, he's done it before, and will again'.
Next you have a headline 'Buffon backs Hart to return even better!'

He's really not giving some in depth analysis.

Who? Buffon or Given?
Hart is rated as one of the best keepers in the world by his peers. Buffon is on record has saying Hart is in the top five and his ability to make one-on-one saves is second to no one. Not just Keepers either Messi and Iniesta are also on record saying Hart is a fantastic keeper.

That's not the issue though - It's how well he can pass with his feet that is the issue for Pep. It is an essential part of his game plan to pass out from the back.
As a Hart fan even I recognise that.

We shouldn't forget Rulli in all of this too. Pep's obviously got his eye on him as one for the future - but at 24, we aren't talking that far into the future. By buying him and selling him again (with a buy-back clause) we've essentially put down a reservation / deposit on him.

Incidentally. If any manager of Manchester City tells a City player to jump, then the only acceptable response back from a player is "How high boss?" The club made a huge mistake caving in to player power when Mancini was dismissed and it must never happen again.

The poster's point was focussed on the 'many' - i.e. whether anyone thinks Caballero is a better shot stopper than Hart.

It wasn't obvious to me what he was trying to say, hence why I asked, but dont worry explaining now because an adult has been on and explained without drama.

You now appear to be the one chasing an argument, so I will duck out and say to you go and find a poster who wants to engage in one with you
