when people judge you without knowing you, they don't define you. They define themselves.

We've got no rights at home and no money to get away,

Got oppressed last week, going to get shot today,

But we don't give a fuck, because we're all pissed up

I N.C.O.K.!

Why is it unfair to compare Hart's international clean sheet record with Neuer's ?

Because those stats are pretty much pointless taken in isolation. Clean sheet stats aren't just an indication of a goalkeepers shot stopping ability but also that of the whole team's ability to defend. Those stats could equally be interpreted as England having a better defence than Germany. An all out attacking team is likely to concede more than a more cautious team etc. There are more factors at play than just the goal keeper with those stats.

Anyway nobody (that I know of at least) is saying that Hart isn't a decent shot stopper. It is his suitability for the role that Guardiola wants him to play that is at question and that is the reason that he is most likely on his way out.

I do find it rather telling that not one big team has come in for Hart since it was made clear Joe can leave. Barca, for example, would rather have Ajax's keeper than Joe.

If Neuer was suddenly to become available, would there be a similar lack of interest? I'd suspect not.

For me, Hart had a top-10 keeper in the world performance for us last season.

Hart is, however, prone to streaks of bad form - and he is currently in such a streak (bad Euros, horrible performance in our friend versus Arsenal).

He is an English player though and thus should command a premium in the BPL.

Lack of demand for Hart is likely down to his poor current form, his very high wages, and the fact that the big sides in the BPL aren't actively seeking a keeper.

Hart's lack of skill on the ball hurts his international desirability for sides wanting the keeper to play it out from the back.

In short, now does not seem to be a good time to move Hart if you're looking to get maximum trade value.

Perhaps we'll end up loaning him, moving Hart in a subsequent window that's more favorable.
