if that was the case, how do you explain the Arsenal 2nd half performance by Hart?

He touched the ball 15 times in that half, he played 11 short passes and 4 long. From that 4 just two were needless, as in he had a better option short. Every goal kick was played short so I'm confused where this belief that he ignored Pep's instructions comes from, perhaps you could enlighten me?

I like Joe but hope he doesn't play tonight.See nothing to be gained from him playing.
Media will be all over it,highlighting the poor Joe treatment and the Joe must stay supporters.

Will surely be his farewell performance tonight.

A great servant to the club, and a club legend in my opinion.

But also, I feel it's the right move on the pitch. I trust Pep and it seems pretty evident that Joe doesn't possess the necessary attributes to play as a keeper in a Guardiola side.

What an utter cock, have some respect for a player that has played 350 times for our fucking club, two league titles and FA Cup, two League cups and numerous golden glove awards, his time may be up here but is there any need for such disrespect of a player that has given us good service for 10 years.

You are no better than the wankers from out of town.
Is the correct response. He will still be a very good goalkeeper for another team.

Exactlt this.

I understand why pep wants a new keeper and completely support this and the purchase of bravo and even the selling of hart but now some "supporters" are trying to put hart down a level. He is a top class keeper and there are some direspectful comments on here about him.

Ideal situation would be to keep joe and bravo and sell cabellero who is nowhere near as good a keeper as hart. And then for hart to learn what pep wants and get better at it.

However this seems unrealistic as hart will also have to consider his england place and while being secong choice for us that will probably effect his no.1 position with england...now for us fans that would be an easy choice.. sack england off, but not for hart or any other player as none of them are city fans. So you can understand why hart wouldnt want to wait around to try and get back to being no.1.

Is it 4 golden gloves that joe has won??? That alone i think is a record

Also the comments about him being a bad influence is just gossip bullshit and hearsay.....noone can prove that. As recently as yesterday people were trying to mske out that there had been a training ground arguement between pep and hart which wasnt true.

I get he is leaving and why he will be sold and im in support of that but the way some people turn on him is disgusting

What happens if he played tonight and did everything right thecway pep wants it with his feet.....

I wonder if some people are a little bit worried about that possible scenario?

i have been one of Joe's biggest fans, being a GK myself i know how bloody hard it is!

Ive constantly said during the last few years that there isnt another keeper in the world i would rather have in goal for us other than Joe, but if our manager believes he can improve the team without Joe in it, then we must believe and trust in our manager. time will tell if he was right or wrong.

If Joe goes then he will get my thanks and eternal blessing for being one of our club legends. The key to a good team is to have a strong spine running through it, and we had it starting at the back with Joe.

10 years service, plenty of ups and a few downs, but plenty of silverware to boot, not too shabby for £600,000!

I will be sad to see him go, and my son is absolutely devastated as Joe is his hero, but in Pep we believe (apart from my son who doesnt like Pep anymore now)

All the best Joe.
